1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States, including U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of Hungler Enterprises LLC and their parents, siblings, and household members are not eligible.

2. ENTRY PERIOD

The giveaway begins on August 15, 2025 at 12:01 AM EST and ends on October 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, comment on any Magic & the Murphys’ YouTube video and include the phrase “Boo to you!”. Limit one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete or not in accordance with these rules are void. Subscriptions to Magic & the Murphys social media accounts are encouraged, but subscription status will not be verified as a condition of entry.

4. PRIZES

• One (1) $100 Disney Gift Card (digital, delivered via email), and;

• One (1) $100 Onboard Credit valid for any Disney Cruise Line booked through Austin Hungler at Hungler Enterprises LLC, DBA Magic & the Murphys. Onboard credit is valid for new bookings only, and the cruise must be sailed by December 31, 2026.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $200. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

A single winner of both prizes will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 31, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via reply to their YouTube comment and will be announced publicly on YouTube and or social media. Proof of eligibility must be provided before awarding the prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be drawn. This process will continue until a winner claims the prize.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to release YouTube, The Walt Disney Company, and Sponsor and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related businesses from all liability arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor. If YouTube comments are disabled or a platform issue prevents entries, the giveaway may be canceled and rescheduled at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. DISQUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Entries that contain offensive content, spam, duplicate accounts, or automated methods of entry are prohibited and will be disqualified. Entries must also comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines, available at https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/, and any entry that violates these guidelines will be disqualified.

8. PRIZE DELIVERY

The $100 Disney Gift Card will be delivered to the winner via email. The $100 Onboard Credit will be applied by Sponsor no sooner than 7 days prior to embarkation day of the qualifying Disney Cruise Line booking that meets the conditions in Section 4.

9. PRIVACY

Information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, and distributing the prize and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information solely for administering this giveaway, in accordance with the Magic & the Murphys’ Privacy Policy, available at www.magicandthemurphys.com. Participants should also review YouTube’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules and the giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

As a condition of participation, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this giveaway or any prize awarded shall first be submitted to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator in Seminole County, Florida. The full cost of the mediator shall be the entrant’s sole responsibility. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Seminole

County, Florida. All proceedings shall be conducted in English.
